Debt Collection Through the Courts
Where informal debt collection fails, legal proceedings can compel payment. We issue demand letters, commence actions in Small Claims Court or Superior Court as appropriate, and pursue enforcement measures including garnishment of wages and bank accounts, writs of seizure and sale, and examination in aid of execution. We represent both creditors pursuing debts and debtors defending claims.
