Residential Tenancies Act Disputes
The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 governs most residential tenancies in Ontario. The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) adjudicates disputes over rent arrears, evictions, maintenance, illegal lockouts, bad faith evictions, and harassment. We represent clients before the LTB and, where LTB jurisdiction is exceeded, in the Superior Court.
